1.What is your hair hack?
2 in 1! How to get your hair sexy and sleek or in a low slick bun with fringe.
How to: The night before I use a bit of style guru and a bobby pin to pin my fringe back while I sleep. ALSO sometimes I sleep with my makeup headband on if my hair isn’t oily enough. In the morning I use more style guru and brush it backwards through my hair. I then use some frizzy logic shine serum on the ends and brush that through. If it’s not a super windy day or my hair is behaving itself, I leave it at that step OR if my hair is misbehaving, I then tie it up in a low bun and use Original Queenie to finish!
2.Where did you learn it/How did you come up with this?
I have really thick hair so when it comes to washing and blow drying my hair during the week it is usually met with a major cbf by me. I am growing out my fringe and sometimes just want it off my face.
3.What O&M products did you use to achieve your hack?
Original Queenie for extra hold!
4.What was your funniest hair hack fail?
There’s been a few times where my hair tie hasn’t been able to take my heavy thick mane and broken off and I have been stranded looking like an oil slick with a ratty beaver's tail.
5.What advice can you give someone attempting your hair hack?
Put some extra bobby pins in your bag just in case your fringe does not want to behave itself.

What is your hair hack?
How to rock your bangs not one, not two but THREE different ways.
What O&M products did you use to achieve your hack?
- Always dry your bangs from sopping wet, this way it ensures you get all kinks out for smooth swift bangs!
- I like to use a mousse [Rootalicious obvs] this helps to really set the bangs to last all day.
- If you are rocking curtain bangs, I like to dry them completely forward over the middle part with a round brush [I like the O&M Curve L]. Once the part splits it falls forward perfectly.
- If you have very straight bangs, I like to dry these with a tail comb from sopping wet hair, just keep combing and drying.
- Once you have dried your bangs if you want a more textured feel, I LOVE using a Dry Queen dry shampoo for an extra kick.

- What is your hair hack?
Business by day, bar by night. Take your second day lazy pony to a glam but dirty textured blow out.
2.Where did you learn it/How did you come up with this?
I learnt it from my mentor in my first year when I was training to become a hairdresser.
3.What O&M products did you use to achieve your hack?
4.What was your funniest hair hack fail?
Putting my hair in a ponytail, curling it, then letting it out. I ended up with flat roots and poodle ends…. Not a good look.
5.What advice can you give someone attempting your hair hack?
Make sure your work pony isn’t tied too tight or use a scrunchie instead of a tie so that you don’t get a kink around your roots.

1.What is your hair hack?
Lazy girl crimped hair – perfect for festivals.
How to: (works best on 1 length hair):
Before bed section your hair into 4 sections and plait (works best on almost dry hair). For a less crimped look, only plait in two sections. Secure with elastic hair bands. Spritz your plaits with Surf bomb texture spray and head to bed! In the morning, spritz again with surf bomb then carefully cut elastics (if you pull them out please be careful as they can cause hair damage). Comb through your hair with your fingers or a wide tooth comb. DO NOT brush as it will create too much frizz! Spray a little Desert Dry to your roots for texture and finish with Original Queenie for hold.
2.Where did you learn it/How did you come up with this?
I started doing this when I was a child growing up in the 90’s. I reintroduced it into my adult life a few years back when the 90’s became cool again.
3.What O&M products did you use to achieve your hack?
4.What was your funniest hair hack fail?
When half of your plaits fall out overnight and you have half crimped hair! If this happens, pull back into a tight bun.
5.What advice can you give someone attempting your hair hack?
Take your time plaiting making sure they are neat and even, try to plait all the way to the bottom as it will cause a kink if secured too high.
