Love the product but price point is off
"I really like this shampoo and conditioner – the formula itself is great. My hair feels clean, soft and healthy after using it, and the scent is lovely without being overpowering. It performs just as well as other products in this brand’s range that I’ve used. However, I do feel a bit disappointed about the pricing. This particular range is priced at around $45, which is already slightly higher than some of the brand’s other similar products. What feels a bit cheeky is that the bottle is also 100ml smaller than those other ranges. Charging more while giving customers less product doesn’t sit particularly well. It’s a shame because the product itself is genuinely good, but the value for money makes me hesitate to repurchase. If the size matched the rest of the range, or the price reflected the smaller volume, I’d feel much better about buying it again."
